Pastor Frieda Maclear
Born and raised in Canada in a Christian Home, Frieda knew that she was called to missions at an early age. Upon graduating from Briercrest Bible College, Frieda spent five years with Gospel Missionary Union in Panama. She taught in a Bible School and was in charge of local evangelism. After meeting and wedding her husband Jerry, Frieda attended Portland State University to complete a BA in education. She spent a number of years teaching in Christian schools. She has been on staff at Orchard Road Christian Center for 26 years and is the Missions Pastor, as well as teaching at Word to the World College. In 1996 she received her MDIV from Denver Seminary. She is committed to her call of Discipling and training students to cover the earth with the Word. Frieda and Jerry have three daughters and four grandchildren.
