Jesse is the senior pastor of New Life Church in Phnom Penh Cambodia which has a congregation of 700 people and 30 rural church plants throughout the country.  Jesse and Soar direct the missionary outreach to the entire country, teach classes in the Bible School, and oversee community development and medical outreach programs in the rural churches.  They also provide funds for children at risk and provide humanitarian aid to their families.  Most of their congregation and staff are first generation Christians who actively evangelize their country.
