Freedom of religion is under threat in many countries around the world today. Autumn Rain International connects with believers in places where there is opposition to Christianity, to find out about their needs and help supply them.
Asia is an incredible harvest field. Autumn Rain International is privileged to partner with national pastors, evangelists and missionaries, who are reaching their own people in significant ways. By linking them with the resources of developed countries, together we can become a stronger and healthier body.
Autumn Rain International ministers to persecuted believers in Asia through providing Bibles, literature, prayer support, financial sponsorship and Gospel training, in such places as China, Viet Nam, Laos, India, Himalaya and North Korea.
Our team of volunteers, based in Hong Kong, is led by husband and wife team Doug McGowan & Julie Bell, who have been serving in Asia since 1987. During the last decade, Autumn Rain International has safely delivered over a million Bibles to persecuted Christians.
Prayer Requests:
• For an out-pouring of the Holy Spirit that will touch many lives and empower faithful laborers who are front-line foot soldiers
• Justice and mercy for the nation of North Korea
• Open doors to bring Bibles to believers in Laos & Viet Nam
• New sponsors to support Gospel workers $1 per day
• Financial support for office rents and our long term missionaries
• Larger premises for our Hong Kong office – we need more room
• More short-term volunteers and long term staff to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong
• That worshipping the Lord and tarrying in His presence will always remain our top priority and that this may be imparted to every volunteer who works with us
