Balcombe founded Revival Christian Church in Hong Kong in 1969. Since
then he has worked to evangelize the lost and build a strong church by
emphasizing the baptism of the Holy Spirit, worship and praise; and to
prepare Chinese Christians to reach out to Mainland China. Since 1979,
many millions of Bibles and teaching materials have been delivered to
house churches, and countless underground church leaders have been
