God has called Cindy to help strengthen local believers and support the Church in restricted access countries in Southeast Asia.  The main focus of her ministry is to take God's word into Asian nations needing the gospel.  This is accomplished by giving short-term mission teams an opportunity to take in Bibles, teaching materials, VCD Bible schools, gospel tracts and any other tools that will enable the nationals to build the church.

In addition, many young children in Vietnam have to work on the streets selling postcards or chewing gum just to help the family survive.  She has befriended some of these children and their parents, and has been able to raise support to send some to school.
